With every strategy, we're going to implement, there are four key phases. Phase one is the strategy itself, IMPLEMENTATION. That's where the real work starts for a new member. The key word here is CONVERSION, not just implementation. Each strategy needs to be SYSTEMIZED. Once we got it converted, then we organized it. Paul took a team from seven down to three or four and doubled the revenue. How is that? Because his VA could run it across three different desks, A, B and C. Then part four was HANDED OVER. So you'll never be part of that process again.
