Kalau Malcom Gladwell bilang di buku Outliers : Deep Practice x 10.000 hours = World Class Skill. Meski path tiap orang beda- beda, nggak harus 10.000 jam latihan juga, tapi yang namanya belajar dan mengasah keterampilan itu jelas wajib hukumnya.
