About Danielle Rubio
Danielle is a nervous system educator and somatic trauma therapy practitioner, helping women reduce anxiety, heal trauma, and live empowered lives. Danielle guides women in releasing stored stress through their bodies using nervous system rewiring, movement therapy, and mindfulness.
Despite her extensive background as a yoga teacher, touch therapist, reiki master, and meditation teacher, a traumatic event led her to discover the profound impact of nervous system rewiring and trauma integration work. She has since studied with experts like Dr. Fleet Maul, Irene Lyon, and Gabor Maté.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys dancing, adventuring, and spending time with family and friends.
