I'm doing things a little bit differently today. For today's episode, you'll hear my interview with Claire Besley from Self-Directed Healing on the topic 'How to heal yourself'. During our conversation, which I recorded about a month ago, I became so fascinated by the whole concept of self-directed healing that I was keen to book a session myself. And then record a follow-up episode with my experiences. But after the session, I decided to talk about my experiences in this episode's intro instead - and read out what I journalled. I literally recorded the intro 30 mins after the session, meaning I was nice and raw for the recording. So it meant showing my true vulnerability.
