Mfoniso was a high school student of mine and she's been impressive since the day I met her on the court of a junior varsity basketball game. Little did I know that she had already made her name as one of the rising stars in track and field. We chronicle her journey from high school to Harvard, from Junior Olympics to PENN Relays and how her African heritage gives her great confidence.
