I recently got concussion and I've had huge learnings from the experience and these lessons really apply to recruitment.
When something changes, i.e you get whacked in the head and it's not feeling right, but you keep persisting... maybe you actually need to stop and ask the question, is what I'm doing now, what I need to be doing now?
