We were due to release Episode 4 of our series on Nutrition today. It has been pre-recorded and is ready to be released.
However, with the news that the lockdown may be for a longer period than many had hoped, and seeing a lot of people on social media struggling with the impact the lockdown has had on their lives, we decided we would record a COVID-19 special and release part 4 of the Nutrition show next week.
