The passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a devastating blow both in terms of loss of an important and influential figure in progressive politics but also in terms of representative democracy on the Supreme Court. For a lot of people this seems to lead to a derailment of justice but there are some positive inferences that can be made from all of this.
