Launch your own customized version of Motherhood Today in your community. This survey was developed by Barna Group and gives you the ability to add customized questions to the end of the survey.

To get started:

1. Create an account here: https://admin.assessments.gloo.us/sign-up.
2. Click on “Library” in the top menu.
3. Scroll to find and click on “Motherhood Today Assessment”
4. Click “Configure New Assessment” (Blue Button) and Edit the Name in the Popup.
5. Edit any of the options to customize your survey data, including adding questions.
6. Click on the “Share” tab to create a QR code, text code or link.
7. Deploy the survey in your community.
8. Once 5 people have completed the survey, you’ll be able to review results on the https://admin.assessments.gloo.us site.
