In honor of the Holy month of Ramadan we wanted to record something special. And since Ramadan is the month of rest, reconnecting to ourselves and our spirituality, Shahd Omar and I decided we wanted to record a candid and open conversation about the importance of slowing down in life and taking time to rest.Shahd is one of Mother Being’s core team members. She and Fayrouz are the ones responsible for all the written content we put on our platform as well as a million other things.Shahd is also a yoga instructor, but at the same time not really a yoga instructor.
