On this episode we dissect why we stay in toxic relationships for longer than we should. We are first joined by Thando Mofolo, Ayanda Matsafu and Anele Ntshangase who together impart experiences and various symptoms of toxicity that made them realise the toxic situations they were in. Our conversation is targeted at helping you also identify possible indicators of toxicity because we often stay in these spaces for way too long, and it takes so much for us to unlearn our own toxic responses.
