Many people have probably heard of Alzheimer's disease and are often concerned about it. This episode aims to first debunk common misunderstanding on this disease and discuss the underlying mechanisms of it. We will look closely into the first case of an AD patient, Auguste Deter, and her doctor, Alois Alzheimer (yep this disease was named after him). Then we talk about the major causes of the disease.
