We’ve done volcano movies in DISASTER MOVIE MONTH so why not do asteroid movies now? Well that’s exactly what we’re going to do by kicking it off with the 1998 movie that is Deep Impact! Why are Ben and Colin once again divided on this film as to which one they like over it’s rival. What do we think of the stacked cast of this film, even though they are maybe more famous for their time? What about the actors in this film who went on to bigger things? Why have we accidently gotten into Richard Schiff month? Do we wish there was more action in this film and city destruction or is it used enough? How great is Morgan Freeman as the President? Do we love Tea Leoni as the leading woman? What do we feel about Elijah Wood and Leelee Sobieski? Do we care about the space stuff? Do the special effects hold up in this film? Why does everyone still go on with their regular lives even when the world is about to end? Why is there just a random baby all of a sudden at some point? Why are children allowed to survive but old people not? And should this movie get more love after all these years? Blow yourself up and get into the lottery for another massive episode!
