We are encouraged to practice social distancing; but how much distance can we give when we live with other persons. They key to maintaining your peace of mind and sanity is to set your boundaries.

Boundaries are guidelines that help an individual set limits and rules that govern how people behave towards you and how you behave towards them. How you set your boundaries is dependent on how you were raised and the value you place on your person-hood. It is quite possible that your desire to enforce your boundaries will be met with resistance. But it is your right to enforce your boundaries.
