Today’s episode is all about new teachers. What are the biggest struggles they are facing in the classroom, are these struggles what they expected, what advice would they give to people considering this profession? I had so much interest in this episode that we decided to make it a three-part series. We started with our middle school teachers, today you’ll hear from our high school teachers, and lastly, you’ll hear from elementary teachers. I was so interested to hear about the high school perspective and surprised by some of the things I heard, but also really encouraged, again, these teachers are working hard and doing a great job. I had a lot of fun talking with them and I can’t wait to share this conversation with you, so let’s go ahead and get started.
