Self-adoration
The only "self" word that has NOTHING to do with growth, power and happiness is "selfish", which ironically is what you often get accused of being when you start taking care of yourself.
People sometimes want you to take care of them and only them.
But that doesn't fly. They need to grow on their own - and it's not your job.
So throw off the chains. Unburden yourself from their care, and replace it with self-care instead.
Because you can still care, without making care a burden!
