Today we're talking all things siblings! Parenting multiple children, navigating conflict in ways that will serve their relationship long term, and avoiding the pitfalls of birth order roles. The most important takeaway this week is this: the relationship you have with your parenting partner will model relationships to your children. The way you relate to and treat your children will teach them how to relate to their siblings, the way you help them navigate their sibling relationships will determine their sibling closeness/lifelong relationship, and ALL of these first experiences will determine their success in relationships with peers, authority figures, friends and romantic partners for the rest of their lives.
