Kimberly Slider is a competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and currently a brown belt. She started her competitive training at the age the 14 and never looked back. Originally from Singapore, Kim moved to Hong Kong in 2016.
In this episode, Kim shared what it is like to grow up with a father with a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, evolution of gym culture in Asia, woman and their impact in jiu jitsu, and having a boyfriend that also trains jiu jitsu.
Kim is also a certified personal trainer with special qualification in Pregnancy and Postpartum coaching. She focuses on different areas involving nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress and other areas that impact someone's overall health.
