This past week on the podcast we had a well rounded conversation on healthy competition and how to be inspired by perceived competitors instead of feeling intimidated by them. We recognize that societal & social media pressures can indirectly or directly propel us to compare ourselves to one another, which can cause a feeling of inadequacy or shame. We discussed why this is problematic and offered some positive tips that would encourage us to become more comfortable with our own journey in life.
