Now, let me tell you, this guy's story is something else! He was full-time in accounting for three auto internet companies over 10 years, but that's not all! He also had his real estate license and was helping out friends and family by referral. Talk about having some hustle!
But wait, it gets better! When COVID hit and Michael had to work from home, he had some extra time on his hands. So, what did he do? He started thinking about going after real estate full-time, which is what he always wanted to do.
And you know what? He went for it! He made the leap in January 2021 and started ramping up his realty business, getting more deals for his cash buyers, going after off-market deals, and even developing his multifamily investment phase. This guy's got more hustle than a squirrel on a birdfeeder!
