I am so excited to bring to you my friend and special guest, Lara Frendjian, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolism expert!

I know a lot of things about the brain and how to tap into its power to change your love life. I don’t know a lot about how our metabolism affects our sleep, energy level, weight, hormone balance and overall wellbeing. But my friend, and guest, Lara does.

After listening in on our conversation, you will come to realize that unless you are supporting your metabolism you maybe sabotaging your love life! I know that sounds rather dramatic. But I want you to consider that I am right about this.

The truth is, if you are experiencing poor sleep, bloating, low energy, struggling to lose weight and generally unhappy with how your body is behaving as the years roll by, you are more likely to resist actively pursuing what you want…a healthy and happy life full of love.
