This weeks episode is jam packed while we talk about the shadow side. I start off this week sharing two cards I pulled for you from the Keepers of the Light Oracle Cards. When we can learn to live in both our light and our dark in combination we live a glorious life. For me my shadow comes up because of self centred fear-the fear I will lose what I have or the fear I won’t get what I want. It either comes up because of either of those fears or because something has shone light on something from the past that was painful for me. The shadow is good when incorporated with the light as a response and not a reaction. We all have spirituality flowing through us. I have the ability to help others and so do you. I share with you a poem I wrote to support you with your shadow side. Surrendering to the shadow and accepting that this is a divine piece of your integral being. It’s all good.
