Phil Carroll and Kevin Hornsby are joined by John Regan, CEO of Electric Guitar. The company has just announced a joint venture with Exelia Technologies Limited, a Cyprus-based software development firm, to launch Marcomms.ai. This 50/50 partnership aims to create AI-driven products combining Exelia’s expertise in AI, blockchain, and data processing with Electric Guitar’s commercialization skills and extensive data resources.
The venture will leverage the $800bn digital marketing industry’s transformation, driven by privacy and technology, to provide enhanced personalization and targeted audience outreach. Marcomms.ai’s initial product will utilize 3radical’s Global Data Store, containing over 1 billion data points, to develop advanced machine learning algorithms for improved consumer engagement. Development has commenced, with user acceptance testing expected to begin in autumn.
