Her first experiences with painting came as a way to process the hard, emotional times she was going through, and wound up leading her to a deeper connection with God and His grace. And she’s here to tell you that your “right-brained” creativity can do the same for you.

Sheila and I had a great conversation about how these periods of pain in all of our lives can lead us to feeling empty, sad, and helpless against inertia, but God can lead us out again even through the simple act of making things.
