Welcome to The Transplant Strong Podcast, where we explore the experiences of organ transplant recipients and the broader community that supports them. In this episode, “Transplant Talks: From Patients to Advocates,” I’m your host, Danny, joined by my special guest, Alisha. In this episode, Alisha and I discuss how having our transplants has influenced our careers and the paths we are currently taking. This is a two-part series, and in this first episode, Alisha talks me through all the support and guidance she is currently providing for other transplant patients. This ranges from holistic yoga and personal grief sessions to regular online group chats open to all transplant patients.
