Joining me today is wedding photographer, Mum, and much-valued member of The Wedding Business Club, Becky Harley.
Now, if I had £1 for every time someone asked me, how on Earth do you juggle your wedding business, your coaching business, family, pets, and all the other things in life? I would be a very wealthy woman, and this is the focus of our conversation today.
After falling pregnant with her first child in her first year of business, Becky has continued to build her successful wedding business alongside her young family. So today we’re going to talk about the very real juggle of running a business with small children and what that has looked like for her.
Becky shares some of the changes she’s made that’s meant she can continue to grow her business, and how outsourcing, although initially tricky, has been a real game-changer, as well as some of the challenges she’s faced and how having kids has changed her outlook.
