After spending nearly 10 years as a reporter working for some of Canada's biggest news agencies - including CTV, the Canadian Press & 680 News - Erin decided to turn in her microphone for a corkscrew and join her sister in the wine world. Graduating from the CAPS in 2008, Erin spent several years as the Sommelier and Food & Beverage Manager at the exclusive private members' club, The Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto before moving on to assistant manager at the renown Canadian restaurant, Canoe. An accomplished writer, Erin frequently writes about her wine adventures and, with her sister, is a regular contributor to Vines magazine, Tonic magazine and theloop.ca, as well as the special Maclean's publication, Wine in Canada. Erin lives in Toronto, where she frequently flexes her entertaining muscle, hosting dinner parties and serving copious amounts of wine to her friends and family.
