How do you eliminate agents from your submission queue when there are hundreds out there? What disqualifies them? You're only criteria for submitting to an agent must not be "they take fantasy...." Or "they published my favorite romance writer...." Let's look at the things to consider in the long run. In episode one, Stalking the Wild Agent, I talked about how they are judging you as much as your work. Do they want to work closely with you for years? You get to decide that, also. And you start deciding that before you ever submit your first query.
