Many Gifts by Dawn H. Kittle
Roberta Beaver doesn't like her teeth. She thinks they are ugly. She saves another forest creature by the use of her teeth. The other Magical forest creatures take of this animal even though it is an enemy. They all learn they have special gifts as well as helping an enemy.
The author is a retired school teacher during which time she also wrote curriculum. She received several accolades during this time. She was active in both the cub and boy scouts of America. The During this time period she received The Cross and Flame award. This represents outstanding service to God, children and country. The author is a widow with grown twins, a boy and a girl. She has four grandchildren. She resides in Michigan and is actively involved in the Greater Lansing Orchid Society and is active in her church. THE ADENTURES OF CHARLIE by Robert Kittle
A young dog (Charlie) finds out that not every animal on the farm is looking out for his best interest. But with a little help from some unexpected friend, not only does he grow as a dog, he will help those that mistreated him at first.
Robert Kittle resides in Perry, Michigan. He is currently on a subcommittee of the Perry City Counsel. He is currently working in a nursing facility. He is Life Member of the Eagle Scouts. He earned his in 1995. Robert is one of the youngest recipients of the Silver Beaver Award. This is the highest award one can achieve as a scout volunteer. He is also the received of the Cross and Flame. This is a religious award honoring God, children and the youth.
In 1998 Robert received an associate degree in Landscape and Nursery Management from Michigan State University. He also has a Class A truck driver license with endorsements.
As a side note, Robert is an accomplished violinist. In high school he was a member of the Flint Youth Symphony and played in Paris, France with the group. He and his twin sister were also Student Ambassadors to Australia in 1995.
His hobby is repairing antique tractors and vintage cars and trucks.
