在社會加諸的期望下，作為男性跟女性就應該演繹出自身性別該有的樣子，蛤？不管你的職稱是什麼，社會都會在你身上加諸期望 (Social Expectation)。這個社會對英文老師、數理老師有什麼樣的期望，而這樣的期望又應該由哪個性別來達成？性別 (Gender) 在不同的社會角色裡面，又將我們必須達到的期望增加了多少挑戰？這些挑戰在現今性別多元的社會風氣下，到底必要還是該作古了？
