將一個看似遠大的目標拆解成一個個日常小步驟,小到可以自然而然融入生活裡
一旦有了一個看似容易的開始,我們就比較容易繼續去執行
兩分鐘能做的事情可能很小,但一旦開始就可能讓你不知不覺自動續行,繼續你所正在做的事。
