Today, we're diving into my journey getting off birth control and the lifestyle changes I've made to balance my hormones. I'll walk you through how I prepared my body to remove hormonal birth control, discuss the side effects I noticed, and share my research on the impact of birth control on our bodies. Additionally, I share what I'm doing now to balance my hormones, my list of favorite supplements, and other non-negotiable habits that have transformed my health.
