Sinh ra và lớn lên tại Hà Nội, Trần Thu Uyên sớm bộc lộ niềm đam mê với thời trang. Ngay từ khi còn là học sinh, cô đã thích vẽ trang phục và thiết kế những bộ quần áo cho bản thân. Sau khi tốt nghiệp Đại học Mỹ thuật Công nghiệp Hà Nội với chuyên ngành Thiết kế thời trang, Trần Thu Uyên bắt đầu sự nghiệp của mình với vị trí trợ lý thiết kế tại một thương hiệu thời trang nổi tiếng.
Hiện tại, cô đang làm việc tại phòng marketing của Đồng Phục Hải Anh tại 268 Nguyễn Huy Tưởng - Thanh Xuân Hà Nội.
