Lovern Kindzierski is a writer, colorist and illustrator based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has been nominated as best colorist for the Eisner Awards, Harvey Awards, and Schuster Awards. As a writer, he has worked on titles including Spiderman, Wolverine, and The Victorian. His writing on Tarzan garnered him a Harvey Award Best Writer nomination. Lovern is also recognized for his graphic novels, Underworld and Necromantic. He is best-known for his ongoing series of fantasy books based around the character Shame published by Renegade Arts Entertainment. Book six in the Eisner-nominated fantasy series is Cradle’s End and is illustrated by John Bolton, lettered by Annie Parkhouse and edited by Alexander Finbow.

The story of Cradle’s End goes like this: “Hope and Merritt fight their way deeper into Cradle to heal the wound that could allow the demons of hell to spew their terror into the world. Shame, trapped and broken into pieces, puts her plans to recover her powers and free herself and her sorcerous allies into action. Will Hope and Merritt stop Shame in time or will the queen of the darkest powers vanquish them all?”
