在Blue Monday 的星期一裡，我們看完做工的人第六集，真的是痛哭流涕，因為太有感了，所以決定有感而發？！（行動派）長照這件事情，觸動了內心深處最軟的一塊，因此我們從劇中人物連結到自身經驗，與大家分享所謂長照的「現實面」，這不是一集的電視劇可以說完的事情，如果能量化的話，這是一個說了六百集都無法講完的無奈⋯⋯。現代醫學的進步，雖然讓病患的生命延長，但「生活品質」卻無法兼顧，這樣子的醫學對人們是好還是壞呢？如果我們都能簽署「病人自主權利法」，為自己的人生負責任，那到生命末期時，家屬就不必擔任決定別人生死的角色。＊書籍參考《好想殺死父母》https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010741435 P.S.:「病人自主權利法」已在2019年1月施行，建議大家可以在身體健康、意識清楚的情況之下，先簽署預立醫療決定書。
