Do you sometimes put up a wall up in relationships because you don't want to get hurt? Do you constantly crave attention from your partner and always wonder whether they actually like you? Are you able to give and receive love confidently? Attachment Theories is a psychological and evolutionary concept that breaks down human behaviour in social settings into 4 main groups: Secure, Dismissive-avoidant, Anxious-preoccupied and Fearful-avoidant attachments. We both took this quiz to find out how what our attachment styles are and break it down in this episode!
