This episode with the one and only Seth Godin was one of our favourite convos of all time so we wanted to re-release it for all our Uncorked friends that may have missed it!!

Our dear friend, Seth Godin, is back on the pod and it sitting down with Steph to let us in on the stories behind his new book, "The Song of Significance: A New Manifesto for Teams"! It would be impossible to note all of the incredible projects Seth has touched or describe him as one thing so in his own words "I am a teacher, and I do projects." Many projects in fact .. Seth has written 20 worldwide bestsellers that have changed the way that people think about work. Everything that Seth creates is truly an inspirational work of art and he has made such an impact on our lives and the lives and of so many. And we could no be more excited to do a deep dive into his latest book this week!

"The Song of Significance is a rousing contemplation on work: why it is the way it is, why it's gotten so bad, what all of us–especially leaders–can do to make it better. Economic instability and the rise of remote work have left us disconnected and disengaged. This is a book to share with bosses and co-workers, to discuss and put to action. No matter what our role, it’s within our power to change. Because, as Godin writes, Humans aren’t a resource. They are the point.” In this episode we also get into the impetus behind Seth's latest book, how we can learn from bees and their hive, building work that is worth volunteering for, who really profits from the idea of a "carbon footprint" and why everyone should be getting a dog!

We know that this book will resonate with you and your work and we hope this episode will too! Head to your local bookstore to pick up a copy today. And listen to this episode on Apple, Spotify or wherever you find your podcasts.
