We are SO stoked to have Mandy King on the mic with us this week. Mandy King is a holistic nutritionist and Founder and CEO of HEAL, a company on a mission to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable so that you truly stick with it! Steph recently saw Mandy speak at the latest Disrupt HR event in Vancouver on the subject of health in the workplace, how food can impact our days and how managers and employers can really step into the role of caring about the health of their employees.
