We are SO stoked to have Mandy King on the mic with us this week. Mandy King is a holistic nutritionist and Founder and CEO of HEAL, a company on a mission to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable so that you truly stick with it! Steph recently saw Mandy speak at the latest Disrupt HR event in Vancouver on the subject of health in the workplace, how food can impact our days and how managers and employers can really step into the role of caring about the health of their employees. So naturally after hearing Mandy speak Steph just had to have her on to riff on all of these themes and more!


Steph and Mandy dive into so many directions around health including who holds the onus for health of employees, mental health and burnout and the connection to what we eat, gut health, the effect of sleep stress levels and what we eat on our blood sugar, glucose monitoring, importance of protein at every meal, Many’s personal healthy tips and tricks, why you should have a big glass of water on your nightstand and SO much more.
