We just had to revisit this convo with Will Guidara, restaurateur extraordinaire and author of the incredible book “Unreasonable Hospitality”! One of our favourite convos of 2023! Steph just had to have him on the podcast after reading what she calls “the best business and leadership book I read in 2022”!

In this episode we are diving into “hospitality” in all senses of the word. Will believes that we have an opportunity to create hospitality in every interaction we have and that the more people who start to pursue life and relationships through the lens of hospitality the happier we will be and the better our businesses will be. And we couldn’t agree more! We also talk about how we can redefine hospitality, “why our work matters”, pursuing life through the lens of hospitality and so much more goodness.
