South African Depression and Anxiety Group study finds that 52% of employees have been diagnosed with one or more mental health conditions as a result of a toxic work environments

Research by the South African Depression and Anxiety Group has revealed that 6-in-10 employees wish to resign from their places of employment due to negative and toxic work environments. The mental health advocacy group sampled over 960 employees and found that 52-percent of the sample group has diagnosed with one or more mental health conditions as a result of their work environments. The group has conducive to the wholistic wellbeing of their workforce.
