In this shiur, Rabbi Truboff looks at the writings of Rav Moshe Amiel, a leading Religious Zionist in the early 20th century, who embraced Zionism but also critiqued it.

Rav Moshe Amiel was particularly concerned that under the right conditions, nationalism's emphasis on power and violence could become a form of idolatry, and the consequences could be devastating.
