Frode Finnes Larsen is CTO at Distribution Innovation, a Schibsted Media Group and Amedia company. He started his career as a rocket scientist at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment. During his time at Distribution Innovation, he and his colleagues have launched Europe's first voice service with payment, built the first blockchain-based logistics platform in the Nordics, started with digital locks, deployed secure delivery boxes and moved into the cloud.

Declining volumes are a huge challenge for traditional post and media distribution companies. Many are cutting costs, geographies and delivery days – building down the network that could be a strategic asset. Instead, they should innovate and transform your business model.
