I have learned from a good friend of mine that saying “No” is a complete sentence. It may not always be easy but many times it is necessary.
Now when I speak about the “Joy Of No”, I am talking about joy in taking responsibility for who you are, who you want to be, where you want to go, what you want to do and even who you want to be around.
When you own the power of your “NO”, you remove the obligation to have to say “Yes” to everything and everybody.
I know, for some the idea that they can say “NO” is foreign enough… the idea of taking Joy in it is a whole other thing.
