Perhaps another name for this series could be “The Truths Every Christian Should Believe and How They Change Us”. There are certain core beliefs that are so vital to the Christian faith that without them you cease to be a Christian. This series is meant to help us discern which doctrines are non-negotiable (closed-hand) and which ones leave room for conversations and questions (open-hand). Today we continue to look at the Church and what qualities makes a church “church” by looking at the role of Spiritual Gifts within the church.
