Good morning, DC! Let's dive into today's frosty forecast.
We're looking at a chilly day with some winter whispers. This afternoon, scattered flurries will dance through the sky after 4 pm, with temperatures struggling to reach a brisk 33 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect west winds around 7 to 10 miles per hour, with gusts up to 22 miles per hour that might make you pull that scarf a little tighter.
Tonight, we'll see scattered flurries before 9 pm, with cloudy skies gradually clearing. Temperatures will drop to around 22 degrees Fahrenheit, and those northwest winds will pick up to 10 to 18 miles per hour, with gusts potentially hitting 28 miles per hour.
Wednesday brings us a sunny reprieve with a high near 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Northwest winds will continue at 13 to 16 miles per hour, with gusts up to 31 miles per hour.
