Can you remember the last time you went for a walk to exercise? Walking is one of the best exercises you can do for fitness nearly everyone can go for a walk, you don't have to join a gym, you can do it listening to music It is recommended you do 10K steps per day and this is not as unachievable as you might think. You don't have to do it in one walk you can spread it out over the day, the important thing is that you get active. Start of gently walking and increase the pace as your fitness improves. If you struggle to find the motivation to move my alternative coaching methods can be very persuasive.
