Throughout Paul’s letter to the Philippians, he encourages believers to seek God and His kingdom first. In our sermon text today, Paul emphasizes that putting Jesus first means keeping our eyes fixed on heavenly goals. As citizens of His kingdom, the things of heaven should occupy our gaze.
