Darleny Benitez started to lose her hair when she was 10 years old. Shortly after she was diagnosed with Alopecia. As she lost her hair, her inner thoughts quickly changed to negative, hateful self talk. Her journey towards acceptance and ownership came one morning as she was getting ready. God arrested her attention and she now brings awareness and advocacy for others experiencing the same.
