Hi all.
Lindy and I continue to feedback our takeaways from our respective books, Inner alchemy and The Language your body speaks.
Today, I feedback on my lack of reading, I talk about the importance of discipline. Discipline is something I don't like because it seems so forced. I don't like the idea of forcing myself to do something. However, I can't deny the power of discipline when trying to get something done.
Discipline seems like it could be an aspect of creation.
Lindy gives feedback on how we can use the senses to tune into what our bodies are communicating. By being present in our bodies, we can start to be aware of any colours, smells, feelings or images that come to mind. Lindy talks about listening to your body by tuning off the 'thinking brain' and tuning into the actual body and what it feels at a given time. It's a journey of healing. It's a journey of openness and trust.
We hope you enjoy it guys. :-)
