  1. ALLOW YOURSELF A DAY TO FULLY AND INTENTIONALLY REST. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, STRETCH YOUR BODY, SLEEP IN LONGER THAN YOU WOULD LET YOURSELF, DRINK EXTRA WATER, MEDITATE, MICRODOSE, TAKE YOUR DAY SLOWER, ONLY DO WHAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL RESTED, HAPPY, AND WHOLE.
  2. ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH YOURSELF, OFFERING LOVE, SUPPORT AND KINDNESS. WHAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR YOU SO FAR IN CREATING YOUR LIFE TO BE ONE YOU'VE DREAMT OF? WHAT ACTIONS CAN YOU SEE HAVE HELPED GUIDE AND MOVE YOU ALONG TO YOUR DREAMS/ GOALS?
  3. START HABIT STACKING : YES, THE SMALL STUFF ESPECIALLY! CREATING AN IMAGE OR MOVIE ABOUT WHAT OUR ‘HIGHER’ SELF ,DOES/ HAS/ THINKS, CAN BE SO POWERFUL IN DRIVING PAST THE MENTAL BLOCKS OF HARMONIZING WITH OUR DESIRES AND DREAMS, WHEN WE FEEL STUCK.
